At robodirect.ie, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. Our Returns and Warranty Policy is designed to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and to protect you in the event of any defects or issues with our products.
Warranty Coverage
Our products come with a 12-month warranty period from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period, We will replace, at no charge, parts of a product that prove to be defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Warranty Conditions

Eligibility: This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.

Free Spare Parts Replacement: If a product part is defective, we will provide a free replacement part for up to 12 months after the original purchase date. This does not cover any labor costs associated with part replacement or any related expenses.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or external causes such as natural disasters.

Process: To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at tom@robodirect.ie to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Returns

Return Policy: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Condition for Return: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with any accessories or free gifts received with them. You will also need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process: Please contact our customer service team at tom@robodirect.ie to initiate a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Limitations
This warranty policy does not cover:
- Routine maintenance and wear-and-tear parts.
- Damage resulting from the use of third-party components.
- Costs associated with the installation, removal, or reinstallation of the product or its parts.
